1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by The Stellar System ("we", "us", "the seller"), including the EL.E.X. Series e-books by Dawn C. Buck. By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to bind the organization you represent.

2. The product

We sell digital e-book editions of the EL.E.X. Series. Purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the e-books for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or publicly share the files or your download links.

3. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please also see our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Stellar System and Dawn C. Buck retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the e-books, this website, and all related content, branding, and materials. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website or our products, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property rights; interfering with the security or operation of the site (including malware, probing, or scraping); or attempting to circumvent technical limitations.

6. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the website or delivery of digital products will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our products or website in the event of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
